Katsumi and Marianne, modest employees of a factory specialising in the manufacture of blanks, are desperately looking for their third party to replace Jay who has just left them. Fortunately, there's "Secret Hearts", (a soap opera presented by Boblé & fils) their nightly TV date in which they follow the adventures of the sultry Lana. But when the show becomes interactive and mysterious events take over the town, the line between their reality and the show becomes dangerously blurred.
